HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?
Items are normally shipped within 2-7 days.
Some children's items and women's scoop necks may come from Europe which can take a several weeks to arrive. All other items typically arrive within two weeks.
Estimated delivery time (EDT) is displayed on each item page so please look for it when selecting items.
If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (firstname.lastname@example.org), we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment via our tracking page.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return/exchange process.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product is received and images of items included in email.
Refund/return requests for sizing issues must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
