Native Threads’ Skateboarder Bryant Chapo
to Compete in the Dew Tour

VALLEY CENTER, Calif. (June 23, 2010) – This summer, clothing from Native Threads will be seen flying through the air at the 2010 Dew Tour as Native American skateboarding sensation Bryant Chapo competes for the Dew Cup.

Chapo, one of the most popular up and coming personalities in the Native American community, has been invited to compete in the skate park events during the 6th annual Dew Tour running June through October 2010. As a Native American skateboarder, Chapo will be representing his community and heritage as he competes on the big stage in front of a worldwide audience.

“I’m excited about this opportunity to do what I love in front of so many people,” said Chapo. “It is an honor for me as well as my family and friends who helped me get here.”

Chapo has been a part of the Native Threads family for nearly a year and a half and will be proudly wearing the clothes that help him keep in touch with his culture.

“We are so proud of Bryant,” said Randy Bardwell, President of Native Threads. “He has come a long way since he started skateboarding, and it’s wonderful to have a partner who is such a great role model to the Native American community.”

The Dew Tour will be broadcast on NBC, MTV and USA Network as well as distributed worldwide in over 100 different countries.
